I am originally from New Mexico.  I moved to Colorado with my wife in 1981.  We have worked, played, and raised a family here and are proud to call Colorado our home.  I received my first massage in the early 1990's and was immediately hooked.  I decided in the mid-2000's to pursue my massage certification.  I graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts (CSHA) in 2008.  I have since received my Reflexology and Sports Massage certifications.  I am a licensed massage therapist in the State of Colorado.  I also teach Reflexology at CSHA.

I enjoy bicycling, running, playing golf, SCUBA, and wrestling with my grandson.  I am also a retired (recovering) rugby player.  I roamed the rugby pitches here in Colorado primarily with the Denver Highlanders RFC.  I currently participate in several bicycling events including Ride the Rockies, Triple By Pass, and MS Ride.  I have also completed several other bicycling events such as Elephant Rock, Buffalo Bicycle Classic, and Mount Evans Hill Climb.  Additionally, I have completed several 5K's, 10K's, half marathons, and marathons.  I occasionally also compete in triathlons.
